• Implants designed to release daily doses of testosterone to produce physiological plasma concentrations in mice and rats. The implants release from 51.9 to 154.5 µg/24hr for plasma concentrations of 0.9-3.7 ng/ml. (The normal range for rats is 0.66-5.4 ng/ml.).
• Excellent correlation between the in vitro diffusion values and plasma concentrations (Fig. 1).
